Where are your PT gyms in Singapore located, and what are the nearest MRT stations?

Our gyms are conveniently located near central MRT stations in the CBD area.

FITLUC Keong Saik

21A Keong Saik Road (S089128). A 3-5 minute walk from Maxwell MRT, Outram Park MRT, or Chinatown MRT. Take the stairs up on the left of Humo Restaurant.

FITLUC Boat Quay

82 Boat Quay, #03-01, (S049870). A 5-7 minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT, Raffles Place MRT, or City Hall MRT. Take the stairs at the end of the row of shophouses facing the road, at the end of the Elgin Bridge.

Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and be ready for a great session! Bring a towel and water bottle if you like. We have a water cooler for refills and drinks available for purchase.

You have 30 days from purchase to schedule your trial. So if you pay on 1 August, just make sure to book by 31 August.

After your trial, if you enjoy our approach and vibe with your trainer, you can continue with a package. No pressure!

We welcome all ages, no minimum or maximum.

For those under 18, parental consent is required. We also have extensive experience with older adults, with programmes focusing on mobility, balance, and strength.

Our trainers will guide you in creating a sustainable diet plan that fits your lifestyle. Consistency is key, and we’ll keep you accountable every step of the way.

Of course. Our IPPT programme builds strong fundamentals (push-pull movements, core work, cardio, squatting, and hinging) to develop a functional, resilient body.

We’ll design a balanced plan that improves performance across all three stations and share nutritional tips for muscle growth and recovery. This makes your IPPT journey smoother and more enjoyable.

No, you don’t have to. However, our trainers may offer to review your meals for personalised guidance. Share photos if you’d like feedback — this helps us recommend healthier alternatives or suitable portions!

You can’t share a 1-to-1 package, but we offer buddy packages where you both train in the same session. This works best if you have similar goals and fitness levels.

Alternatively, you can each train with your own trainer at the same time for personalised attention while enjoying the motivation of working out together.

Do cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your session. We encourage rescheduling as early as possible so the slot can be made available for others.

Rescheduling or cancelling less than 6 hours before, without a valid reason, will incur a cancellation fee.
