Come join us at our first ever public Group Class held at our 3-story flagship gym at FITLUC! Expect a combination of cardio and strength based exercises to push yourself to your limits! I've been with FITLUC for a few months now and it's probably the best decision of 2020! I used to hate gyms but each PT session now is changed up with variety while still aligned to my fitness goals. Important for someone who gets bored easily like me! I also found a friend in my personal trainer, who makes me think twice about posting my yummy sins on IG -- he is always watching! But I'm heartened to know he's watching out for me. Having a PT is nothing like going to the gym on your own. The best thing you can do for yourself is to give personal training a shot!
