Street dance is an umbrella term for styles such as popping, locking, breaking, hiphop, waacking and so much more! Although each style has its own foundations, movement patterns and combinations, there is a strong freedom of expression involved for all. There are many complex movements that require proper body conditionings in order to be executed instinctively with precision according to the music.
We customise a programme based on each dancer’s preferred movement patterns and combinations, identify strengths and weaknesses, and implement exercises to assist them towards achieving their goal of being more effortless in whichever dance style they do. We have many street dance instructors training with us too!
