Engage in functional training to regain your mobility and strength
We work closely with doctors and physiotherapists to ensure that rehabilitation programmes are not only carried out, but also maximised to their full potential. It is understandable that clients are afraid to push themselves out of their comfort zone, but our personal trainers know when and how to give the necessary push and support when needed. Instead of the prescribed exercises, our trainers will incorporate functional training to help you accelerate the process of regaining your mobility and strength. Resistance bands and isolation machines are used to complement your training sessions too!
