I have been with FITLUC for about 2 years now and Ming Tao has played an important role in every phase of my fitness journey!
My initial goal coming into FITLUC was to lose weight, which I have lost 8kg sustainably over a span of a few months! Next, I wanted to increase my muscle mass, in which Ming Tao was very knowledgeable in terms of the types of nutrition I required. I have learnt how to eat sustainably without any crash diets! I really look forward to every session as Ming Tao always knows how to make training fun and enjoyable!
