Meet Janice! A mother of 2 with the aim of getting stronger and fitter. When she initially started, she was only able to do wall push ups. After consistent sessions, she can now can do a standard push up, 50kg squats and 60kg deadlifts with ease!
Our trainer will spend some time to get to know you better in terms of exercise history, injuries, goals and diet before customising a programme and taking you through the workout segment. Each trial session will take about 1.5hrs.
