If I’m driving, where can I park?

For Keong Saik, park along Keong Saik, Bukit Pasah, Teo Hong, New Bridge Road, or at Dorsett Hotel. For Boat Quay, park at nearby carparks on Upp Circular, Lorong Telok, Carpenter Street, Hong Kong Street, or at The Riverwalk, Clarke Quay Central, or UOB Plaza.

What can I expect during the trial session?

The 1.5-hour trial includes a gym tour, a 15-minute chat about your goals and history, a free InBody analysis, and a customized workout with a trainer. You can then decide if you want to continue with no obligation.

Where is the gym located and the nearest MRT station?

Our flagship gym is at 21A Keong Saik Road, a 3-5 minute walk from Outram Park or Maxwell MRT. The second outlet at 82 Boat Quay is in the CBD, a 5-7 minute walk from Clarke Quay, Raffles Place, or City Hall MRT.

Do you have a free trial?

The trial session costs $50 for 1-on-1 and $90 for 1-on-2 personal training, lasting 1.5 hours. It’s for first-timers to experience our training and gym equipment.

Can I share a package with my friend?

Sharing packages isn’t allowed, but buddy packages let you train together if you have similar goals and schedules. Alternatively, you can train simultaneously with two trainers for tailored programs and motivation.

What should I bring for my first trial session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes. Drinks are sold onsite, and there’s a water cooler to refill bottles.

What to expect when I sign for a PT package with FITLUC?

You’ll start with a full-body assessment and measurements. A personalized program based on your goals will be created, with 1-on-1 guidance, nutrition tips, and regular progress check-ins.

Do I have to stick to 1 trainer throughout my package?

Am I allowed to choose my trainer?

Trainer allocation depends on availability and your fitness history to ensure the best match for your journey.

Am I allowed to change trainers?

Trainer changes are generally not needed unless specific situations arise, as your trainer knows your goals and progress best.

Is there an age limit for Personal Training?

No minimum age—clients under 16 need parental consent. We also specialize in training older adults with programs for mobility and strength.

I have pre-existing medical conditions. Am I still able to train?

Yes! Personal Training programs are customized to your physical needs and help support your recovery safely.

Can I train at both locations?

No, you’ll be assigned a trainer at one outlet, but you can choose which location for your trial and package.

Can I train before/after opening hours of the gym?

Yes, you can train between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. by scheduling with your Personal Trainer.

When is the latest I can schedule my trial?

You must schedule your trial within 30 days of purchase. After the trial, you can decide to continue with no obligation.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session when needed?

Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your session. Late changes without valid reasons may incur a fee.

Are there shower facilities?

Yes, clean shower facilities are available at both outlets. Please bring your own towel; shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryers are provided.

Can I use the gym facilities without my Personal Trainer around?

No, gym use is PT-exclusive for privacy and safety. You can do extra workouts or cardio before or after your session if you like.

Will I need to track my meals?

Tracking meals isn’t compulsory, but trainers may ask for meal photos to give diet advice and help you reach your goals.
