Are Fishball Noodles healthy? Check out what our trainers Samuel, Brendan and Lucas have to say in the 1st episode of #EatThatFitLook! We talk about one of our local favourites - Fishball Noodles. Contrary to popular belief, fishball noodles are not as healthy as you might expect! Pork lard is commonly used when cooking the dish and increases the levels of saturated fat. Yellow noodles are high in carbohydrates. These noodles are usually sold pre-cooked and covered in oil to prevent them from sticking together. The soup contains high levels of sodium that typically surpasses our daily suggested intake. Follow the tips in the video for a healthier bowl of fishball noodles the next time you order!
