Youth training helps establish a solid foundation for youths to develop physically and mentally as well. Their training differs from regular adults due to the fact that youths are at a different developmental stage from adults. The key focus of youth training revolves around progressive overload, starting with mastery of bodyweight exercises coupled with moderate weight resistance exercises with slow increments in weights. Our dedicated trainers here at FITLUC will ensure that proper form and technique are being executed to establish strong foundations which help to reduce likelihood of injury and more efficient movement patterns.
