Fitness Goals: Achieve a leaner physique
Meet our local actress, Tay Ying, who has been training with FITLUC for close to a year. She previously had the assumption that lifting heavy weights would cause one to bulk up, opposite of her personal fitness goal of maintaining a leaner physique. However, since training at FITLUC under the guidance of her personal trainer, Lucas, she has ventured into lifting weights under various strength and hypertrophy programmes. Instead of bulking up, she found herself becoming leaner and stronger, moving closer towards her fitness goal.
