Fitness Goals: IPPT

"I started training at FITLUC from January this year under my trainer, Cameron. He is very patient and professional with my training. I signed up for personal training because I want to have a lean fit figure and also to do well in my IPPT. I have definitely noticed an increase in my bicep, tricep muscle size since training here. I have also learned about the correct forms of each workout to prevent injuries. I now feel more confident to use equipment that I have never used before.

I find the ambience of FITLUC gym to be really comfy, and unlike public gyms, the equipment here are always very neatly arranged. The toilet facilities here are awesome too and I get to have a nice shower after every workout."
