Say Hi to Samarth, a full time student who took initiative to take charge of his fitness. Despite his immense workload, he makes time to train consistently at FITLUC and always gives his 100% without giving any excuses! 💪🏻

Having no prior experience to the gym, Samarth came to FITLUC to learn the foundations of resistance training and to gain muscle mass. Samarth’s trainer, Ming Tao, has seen great improvements in his techniques and strength throughout his journey in FITLUC. Samarth is almost able to deadlift 2x his bodyweight! Training at FITLUC has also allowed Samarth to take his mind off work and reset 🧠
