Post-Natal Training

Meet our client Adelene, a working mom with 4 children. After giving birth to her 4th child, she approached us for a post-natal program.

Before training, she had a high-fat percentage and a pelvic tilt, which resulted in her chronic lower back pain.
Her trainer Eunsang focused on strengthening her pelvic muscles and free-weight-based cardio session (HIIT style) with various stretchings to improve the blood circulation, especially on the lower limb and to reduce body fat.

She worked on improving proper body alignments and steadily increasing the weights on strength-focused exercises. Now, she can even deadlift 50kg with good form for 10 reps! She had lost quite some weight as well and backaches have reduced.
