About the Trainers
Cameron believes that fitness training should be enjoyable and progression comes naturally, especially when you enjoy what you do. To make fitness training enjoyable, Cameron likes to incorporate different variations in his workout program to keep things interesting.
Brandon has had experiences of providing fitness to people of vast ages, background and settings, from teens to elders and individual to group classes. He likes to keep fitness functional, holistic and most importantly sustainable.
