About the Event
The first Corporate Team Bonding event with Sparrow! FITLUC x Sparrow is a curated programme that will incorporate elements of fitness, intellect and chemistry between team members. Individuals will be grouped according to fitness levels, coming in at 3 different time slots. With the guidance of our FITLUC trainers, we will take you through all levels of the gym with specific objectives respectively.
Rest assured that this event is not about who is the fittest. In fact, there are many elements that each member can contribute well in. Push each other through the different fitness challenges together as one Sparrow!
The goal is really to bring fitness and team work to Sparrow. Let's deepen the bonds with your collegues and have a great time together!

The event is approximately 60mins with the first session at 10am and the last session at 1pm.
